I'm interviewing home care companions (CNA's and PCA's) to help care for our mother. She is a good-natured and good-humored woman who is recovering from a stroke. The right candidate/s need to have strong verbal communication skills and speak the English language clearly. Candidates must be well organized, healthy, friendly, caring, engaging and understanding, and able to do some cooking and reheating of meals, light cleaning and help with pre-measured medications. You must have reliable transportation and alternative transportation in case of a breakdown. Non Smokers AND Short Finger Nails Only.
There are several shifts including morning/afternoon, afternoon/early evening and nights. CNA's and PCA's preferred but not a must. We can train you to fill in any gaps in your experience. Looking for at least a 6-month commitment and 4 week
