My partner of over 30 years is very disabled, can not use her legs or arms very much, needs help with eating, drinking, and operating the bed and TV controllers. She is authorized through the California HCBA program for 80 hrs/month of CHHA care. We are looking for someone with the certification and OK to be paid through that program, either through an agency or directly as an independent provider. Due to her Asthmatic Bronchitis we MUST have someone who does not smoke and does not spend time near someone that does, because even third hand smoke causes here to have breathing trouble. Also strong perfumes can set it off and must be avoided. We have one cat. We also have to keep the doors and windows closed at all times except to come in and out.
