We are seeking a Marketing / Community Liaison responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and growing our referral sources. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING/ COMMUNITY LIAISON: Attend and present as indicated at events/ conferences. Create and lead opportunities for community networking events. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources. Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field and share information with appropriate organization personnel via weekly leadership team performance meetings. Monitor and report cost-analysis of marketing efforts. QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARKETING/ COMMUNITY LIAISON: Working knowledge and experience with greater bay area home care medical community services to drive business to team. Long term care insurance to working knowledge of Medicare. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations (preferred). At least two to three of years recent marketing experience in home health (preferred). Working knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance. Demonstrates excellent communication and public relations skills. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, is flexible, autonomous, assertive, and displays compassion. This is a salaried position with opportunities for bonuses.
