NewVision Healthcare Services (888-276-4747 Ext 701) is seeking Home Health Aides/Nursing Assistant/Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist/ Speech pathologist part-time and per diem to join its team of dedicated and caring providers in the South Shore. Previous Home Care experience preferred. Requirements include providing quality care and coordination of care in conjunction with patient's needs, their families, physicians, nurses and other clinical staff. We are looking for healthcare professionals who share the devotion for caring for others.
Providing a wide range of services in the home care setting. Focus primarily on patient assessment, quality care, teaching of patients and caregivers, and performance of skilled procedures. Deliver care based on Standards of Practice and must follow NewVision's policies and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in home care, nursing home or any long term care facilities.
Must have educational certification and license related to your job
Must have a valid Driving license and own vehicle of transportation
A valid CPR, negative TB proof
Clean criminal Background and absence of elder or any abuse or fraud to patient or workplace in past
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate, flexible with time and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work well in teams and in short advance notice
Ability to work with all types of consumer without any discrimination
Speaking Multiple languages including English
Drug Screening and Background check are required for all applicant
Must be licensed if require in the state of Massachusetts
A minimum of one-year experience for licensed provider.
Previous experience in the home care setting is desired.
