About who needs care: My mother is looking for companionship a few days a week. She has diabetes but has her blood sugar under control. She needs encouragement to avoid carbs/sugar. She recently developed anxiety with panic attacks. She loves to read and play cards/games/puzzles. Meal prep and light housekeeping. About the care needs: My mother is very personable and likes meeting new people. She is new to the area and since COVID-19. She has not had the opportunity to meet new people or make new friends. Caregiver should like to cook (no spicy food) and have a positive outlook in life. There are 2 cats in the house. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. Preference for a caregiver who is female.

My mom is on hospice at home. Our current providers aren't working out... my mom is bed bound and has no left side movement, and they won't even scratch her back when she asks! Great opportunity for part time hours.. Schedule is somewhat flexible but, is currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. to about 4:15 p.m. and on Thursdays from no later than 11:30 a.m. to about about 3:45 p.m. I'm a pretty independent quadriplegic and I get out into the public to work, volunteer and stay healthy. We would need someone to come into the home up to 3 days a week for around 4-6 hours so my father in-law can get a break and run errands, as he is her primary caregiver. We would like someone to come Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday but are willing to work around that for the right person. Duties would include; light meal prep, bathing, assistance w/ dressing and toileting, and constant monitoring as she is becoming a fall risk. Q-map requested but not required. I will be having out-patient surgery on Tuesday, 9/18/18. I need to be at the surgical center by 7a, therefore need to leave my house between 5:30-5:45a. I am looking for transportation from Thornton , a contact person during my surgery (approx. 3 hours - you don't have to stay on site), and a ride home afterwards. You can be home by lunchtime! (I don't think age 51 qualifies as "Senior" care but there were not any other options.) No medical training necessary. I will be completely coherent as I will have only localized anesthesia.

Hello, we are looking for a part-time companion/caregiver for my mother in-law who has advanced dementia. Her husband is her primary caregiver, and needs a break. At this time we are looking for someone who could come in too the home twice a week(prefer weekends but open for discussion) too assist with showering, light meal prep, and for someone too just keep her company while her husband runs some errands and gets a break.
