My name is Felina and I am a teacher with B.A. In Child Development Education and with over 20 years of childcare experience. I am accredited by National Association for Family Child Care and awarded with recognition for professionalism and dedication to children and their families by the City of Los Angeles Commission for Children.
Happy Childhood provides a joyful and secure environment and structured educational activities, enriched with music, arts & crafts, gymnastics and logical thinking classes. We will prepare your child for kindergarten and help him or her develop self-confidence. We will create an atmosphere in which your child:

Our philosophy is reflected in our name - our major focus of the child's happiness and well-being. We expose children to a variety of day-to-day activities and objects that will allow them to have fun and spark their imagination. We encourage them to think creatively and adapt to different situations, which, in the long run, will help them succeed in life.
Our goal is to help children grow towards developing social and emotional tools for learning and establishing relationships with others. Happy Childhood's small groups encourage close individual relationship with each child. Self-esteem increases through love, recognition, and a sense of accomplishment through positive learning experiences.
We aim to help our children become the best possible person they can in every aspect of their lives. We emphasize daily the importance of kindness and courteousness, setting an example for them as well as providing them guidance. We want our children to learn to build successful relationships with others, to become part of a working group yet still have the skills to lead and motivate.
