Situated on 1,137 acres of unspoiled woodlands, winding streams, hiking trails and scenic ponds. Hale Day Camp offers an ideal backdrop for a summer of outdoor exploration, learning and fun for children ages 4-15 years old.
Hale Day Camp's summer campus consists of two large playing fields, a private swimming beach, an outdoor activity pavilion, an arts & crafts cabin and our brand new Powissett Lodge, HDC's home base.
We take pride in our low camper to staff ratios which are consistently lower than industry standards and allow campers greater individual attention.
Campers shoudl be outdoors, exploring and learning, making friends...and having fun! At HDC, we take that simple vision for summer and train great staff to make sure we deliver.
