While I am a relatively new client, I've been very favorably impressed by the professionalism of everyone that I have encountered on their staff. The caretaker assigned to my wife is wonderful. She is dedicated, attentive to the needs of my wife, and eager to help in any way possible. She has even given me some hints and tips on how I can improve the care that I'm able to give my wife. Our newly married daughter became almost completely paralyzed over the course of a few days with Guillain-Barre syndrome. After weeks in the hospital, she was approaching discharge and we needed to find home care. Navigating through the best caregiver agencies was enormously difficult. None of the caregiver agencies we interviewed had experience with GBS patients and so we were naturally concerned. But Griswold and Stephanie stood out tremendously.

Their flexibility in accommodating her constantly changing hours, days, and needs is extremely important and very much appreciated. As she graduates this month from in-home PT to outpatient PT, we rest easy knowing a Griswold CNA will be by her side during this next stage in her recovery.

I used Griswold in San Antonio, TX and in Northern VA when my mother was living with me temporarily and they were a lifesaver. Their duties include calling family members (who all live out of state) so we can talk to my brother. The visitors also inform us when he needs any extra attention, like haircuts, and they inform the staff when they notice anything that requires medical attention. They often bring him out to the patio to enjoy the fresh air.
