Our caregivers are also happy to provide companionship home care during projects, gardening, and games, as well as transportation and accompaniment to outings and appointments. We only refer trained professionals and are able to offer the best care for clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia, neuromuscular conditions, and fall risk assistance. I was searching on the internet and was trying to figure out about what to do with my father who was in failing health. I found Griswold Home Care and I eventually talked to them. They tend to be a little bit more reasonable than the other agencies.
They did a good job. Jessica was the coordinator that I get to work with. She's very caring. She's very good at overseeing and doing her best to cover for the hours I want covered. As time progressed we kept adding hours as my dad got weaker. I have no complaints with Griswold. We had some nice caring people coming in and dad related to several of them.

Overall I'm very happy with Griswold Home Care. They provided a specific service for me. They provided a caregiver to accompany my aunt when she had to go to her doctor's appointment. They would ride along with her and look out for her. They make sure that she got back to the home that she was in.
I'm very satisfied with them. They provide very professional service. They treated my aunt with respect. They are excellent communicators; both the caregivers and their supervisor. They constantly communicate and confirm what's going on. They are reasonably priced from my perspective. They're very professional and very reliable. I'm just very pleased with them.
