OUR STORY:
Greener Pastures Care Services was born out of a vision one day during a conversation between the Founder and her 83 year old Grandmother who she talks to almost daily, even though she lives in another state. Her Grandmother often talks about her weekly visits to the local nursing home where she sits among adults with debilitating illnesses and aging seniors.
Her Grandmother has gone weekly to the nursing home in her local area for over 20 years to provide friendship and prayer for those who have few visitors. As the Founders Grandmother described the conditions of the nursing home, she indicated many of them have been placed far from their families and over time visitors have failed to show. The Founder certainly would not want her Grandmother living alone without family or friends to help with daily life.
The Founder created Greener Pastures Care Services in order to follow in her Grandmother's footsteps by providing a high level of genuine kindness, love, and compassion for convalescing adults and seniors. Greener Pastures Care Services is based off of 3 generations of love. Greener Pastures Care provides services for adults and seniors who want to lead independent lives while maintaining their dignity and respect in the comfort of their own homes. My experience with them taking care of my Father was great. They went out of there way to assist him and I was grateful for the support since I live over 70 miles away. The staff made themselves available for me 24 hours a day. I am thankful for the care and have ZERO complaints.

Great company to work with as these guys go out of there way to help. I needed so much help when my Father was released from the Rehab center. I didn't have any idea how to transport him to his medical appointments in his wheelchair but Greener Pastures staffed help me locate transportation. They went out of their way to stay in contact with me and ensure me and my Fathers experience was great.

Great experience with this company. As I prayed all day for help and there they were. The worked a very difficult schedule in the morning for a few hours and then came back in the evening for a few hours for my daughters care. When over 10 agency's said, no they said yes. I appreciate the support they gave me and my family.

Be Careful! This is a poorly run business. The treatment of families and communication with members of the team, as well as, was very demeaning and untruthful. The owner doesn't pay staff and has no problem taking money from clients for work not done.

Best service we've ever had. I know that my late mother had the best care possible before her recent passing. This is a very professional, loving, caring Christian business who took the best possible care of my mother. Greener Pastures Care Services is an amazing business I'm glad my mother spent the last few months of her life well cared for. I highly recommend it if you are looking for care of a loved one!

Greener Pastures Care did a wonderful job caring for our Mother up until her dying day. The caregivers did a great job under difficult circumstances and also ensured she made my Dad dinner and helped him each day. They didn't charge us for the care of my Father where most companies said it would be extra.

I've been waiting over 60 days for a refund for an overpayment I made after my husband passed away. I was first told the refund would take 14-21 days only now to be told 60 days, which is now past. I do not see a policy that says refunds will be made in 60 days. I had to pay immediately so why do I need to wait this long. The care for the most part was good but the time it has taken to bring the error to their attention and follow up has made me less likely to refer someone to their services.
