Great German Speaking Nanny
Hello parents, my name is Wegahta and I am a nanny. I love being a nanny, because I love working with children of all ages. I was always the go-to babysitter when I was in my early teens. I have a great sense of responsibility. I know what it means to take care of kids and I always manage it with confidence. After babysitting numerous children, I wanted to become a professional in what I love. I finished my degree in early childhood education in Germany and started working in a kindergarten facility also in Germany. After 2 years, I decided to become an Au pair in America. I loved the concept of working with an individual family rather than in a kindergarten, and that's how my nanny journey started. I've been a nanny for the past 7 years now and I truly love my job. My previous job was a nanny share for almost 3 years.

Loving And Caring Babysitter, Fluent In German
Dear families, I recently moved to New York from Germany and am very enthusiastic to embrace new opportunities in childcare while obtaining a masters degree in the law. I have spent the past six years of my life studying and practicing law in Germany, while babysitting in my spare time. At the same time I helped raising my younger siblings (now 16 and 21) and taught Yoga and Gymnastics classes for children, I surely have a solid base to deliver the best care for your little ones! People that have worked closely with me would describe me as responsible, loyal and keen. I have a strong capacity to deal with unpredictable situations, resolve conflicts and implement negotiation, law school for sure helped me with that. Additionally, I always make sure to communicate with children, parents and other caregivers in order to agree on best ideas for promoting healthy development of the children. I am looking forward to getting in touch with you and learning more about your family.

Can Speak German, English And Czech, Experienced Babysitter
I am a loving, caring, careful, honest, very patient and empathetic person. I respect children as much as I respect adults. I believe that providing loving and understanding care and being a good role model are the necessary basics for a child's healthy development. I enjoy arts & crafts; taking children out for walks, to parks, playgrounds, Zoo, baby/toddler classes, library and play dates, or singing and dancing with them at home. I will fully respect any wishes you have for the care of your child. I have 3 years full time experience looking after children primarily ages 0 - 4 years. I worked as an Au pair for families in the USA, GB and GER. I am also a mother to an almost 2-year-old little girl myself. I am originally from the Czech Republic, in the US on a E2 Visa so I am able to work here legally. I speak Czech, German and English. References available upon request. I would love to meet your little ones and spend time with them! I promise to take the best possible care of them.

German Speaking Part-Time Caregiver Available
I am from Seattle and married to a German, so we speak English, and German in our house. We have two children, a boy who is 12 and a girl who is 9. We also have two dogs, but they have grown-up with our children, so they are used to being around kids. I am a big believer in children playing outside as much as possible and not sitting in front of a TV, so we are constantly scouting out new parks to go to and any and all kids museums, farmers markets, science centers, and indoor playgrounds. I really enjoy taking the kids to all of these different types of places that New Jersey has to offer. We have been to the zoo, children's museum, and of course, the local libraries for story times. I am available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you think that I may be a good fit for you, then please email or call and let's set up a time to meet. It's much easier to talk in person to see if there is a good match. Thanks!

Part And Full Time Multilingual (German, French, English) Caregiver
Booked 1 time
I was born and raised in bilingual family (German and English are both my native languages). In addition to 12 years of French. I discovered my love for working with children at the age of 14, when I was babysitting for different families. due to high success I started my own babysitting company and for the next seven years I worked with two employees, nannying for 12 families. My language skills allowed me to work for multilingual families, where I taught, French, English and German. Later on I started working for Non-Profit Organization Adopt the Arts where I taught music to K-6th grade. Class sizes ranged from 10 to 38 students and class content varied from music history to choir to instruments (Piano, Guitar and Drums) and furthermore exploring the joy of creating music. Later on I was promoted to Curriculum Development which gave me a chance to strengthen my knowledge for the Theory of Childhood Development. I would love to work closely for a family again.

Nanny/Babysitter (German College Degree Nursery Nurse), 24/7 Available
IMPORTANT NOTICE: I WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR SITTER-/NANNY SERVICES FROM JULY - OCTOBER/NOVEMBER!!! What job gives you the happiness of seeing a smile on a child 's face, looking into their shining eyes, going through developmental steps together or simply seeing a little human being exploring and achieving new things in their life day by day? Where else can you get more credit for your work than getting a hug or hearing an "I love you " or "I don't want you to go home " by the end of the day? You won't find a better answer than "working with children," which in my opinion is the reason I do work with them. My name is Steffi and I'm 26 years old. I recently moved to the Cameron area, because my husband who serves in the military had to leave his former duty station in Germany. I started to work with children when I was 14 years old. It all started with being a staff member at summer camp back in Germany. After that more summer camps, babysitting, volunteer work in daycare centers and church as well as camps for mentally/physically disabled children and young adults followed. Because I loved the times at all those activities so much, it was no question that this was what I wanted to do after school. After I graduated German high school (as you can tell now, I am German), I went four years to college to become a nursery/daycare/preschool teacher. The school/college system in Germany is totally different from the school/college system in the US, that's the reason you can work in different job areas with only one degree. During college I also worked at German preschools, day cares, nursery and an institution for disabled children. After my 4th year in college, I decided to go overseas to be an Au Pair for one year. I have lived with a family in Chicago (children ages 2, 4 and 5, all girls) and a family in New York (ages 7, 9 and 12, one boy and two girls). As my Au Pair year ended I returned back to college in Germany to work on another degree that I canceled before graduation because I had my first child. After being a stay at home mom for almost 3 years, I would like to go back to my profession and work with children. I am available 24/7; however my son (will be 3 years old in September) is mostly with me except for late evening hours, weekends or when my husband is off work, so I am looking for a family who doesn't mind having a play buddy for their little ones around.
