We are a family with 2 boys (7 years old and 11 years old) and 1 rescue Italian greyhound. Looking for a part time, long term fun, positive, calm nanny and house manager to join our family.
Our oldest is into basketball, football, reading and video games. Our youngest likes Legos, zip line, photos and loves being outside. Mom grew up and loves Zumba. Dad's mom is French and enjoys biking. We live near of Park. Our youngest goes to school.
We'd appreciate some help with playing with the kids, TRANSPORTING to and from school and to after school activities/therapies, as well as helping with their childcare house needs. You'd need to have your own car.
Childcare needs may range from making meals for the boys, helping them keep their areas mostly picked up, kid's laundry, doing educational activities before screens, library trips, motivating kids to do their chores. As well as sometimes observing therapies and taking notes so that we can learn what they are doing.
Ideally, you'd have 2 years experience in paid childcare, as well as being reliable. Prefer a non-smoker. Need to have your own reliable car. We have wonderful housekeepers.
Our times and days are flexible. Here are some options, but if your schedule works out differently, we can work it out. It'd be super helpful if some days you could take our 7-year-old to school 7:40 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. (may come a little earlier if interested). Also, some days pick him up at 2:15 p.m. at school. Then ideally, stay with the boys until about 5 or 6 p.m. Here is what it could look like: Mon 2:15 - 6:15 (4). T 2:15 - 4:30 (2. 25). W 2 - 5 (3) or 2 - 2:30. Th 2:15 - 6 (5. 75). F 2:15 - 5 (2. 75). You could be off from 8:10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Weekend afternoons are also an option. Please let us know what times/days work best for you. Hours could range between 10 to 17 hrs (plus optional date nights), depending on your preference. Start date is also flexible. Summer hours would be similar.
House manager options:
Adult laundry, keep pantry / fridge organized. Cut fruit/veg. Make pasta. Change/wash linens. Put away dishes and groceries. Occasional small grocery trips.
