Full Time Nanny Jobs in Spotsylvania

Hello, my husband and I both work from home full time. We have an office space upstairs that we utilize. We have a 1Yr old german Shepard dog and two 1Yr old kittens. We are a smoke free home. sometimes has to go to the office on occasions on Fridays. Monday and Wednesday he has meetings 3-5 p.m. Looking for someone mid day during her wake windows to spend quality developmental time with her. Especially as she gets older. Baby girl is 4months old. We are looking for someone to care for our almost 6 month baby boy. Due to Covid, I work from home full time. Though my work requires frequent calls/meetings per day, so my office door will often be closed. Daily care responsibilities are supervising when asleep, comforting if fussy or frustrated, feedings, changing diapers, and entertaining/playing during waking hours. We would love someone Tues - Fri from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, we are very flexible and are open to Tues - Fri 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. or even just Thurs and Fri from 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pay is negotiable! Please reach out to discuss further! Lastly, MUST be comfortable with dogs. We have 2 large and very playful dogs that we ask be let out for bathroom breaks into the fenced in yard. No additional care needed.

Our oldest loves to play, be creative, and test you. She will drawl or color, but seems to have short attention spans, which we are working on. Our youngest, he is definitely the baby. Loves to run, climb, and jump. Also, he needs the most structure with naps and meal time. My husband and I both work full time, but our schedules might fluctuate some each week. Some weeks may be up to 43 hours, depending on our schedules. Our ideal caregiver: Must be able to multi-task due to having 2 children that need hands attention at 2 different levels. Also, someone who understands the different "phases" children go through. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car and being comfortable with pets. We could use help with structuring activities. Looking for a caregiver for my 1-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. My schedule may vary.
