Seeking a full time Nanny for our nearly 7-month-old baby girl. As we are first time parents we are seeking a career Nanny that has completed relevant child care studies, an updated infant CPR certification, current references (excluding family) and follows COVID precautions. Our ideal caregiver: Ideally looking for someone 3 days per week minimum, could be up to 5 if the right candidate is looking for full time. First time parents who work full time. Our newborn boy was born on 7/2. Caregiving is preferred in our home. Mother mainly works from home office and maternity leave ends September 22nd. We do have 3 dogs, no pet care is required, but caregiver should be comfortable enough to let them outside in the yard and be around them in the house. We do not need a sitter every weekend! Just someone occasionally! We have 2 girls, 6 and 8. Our oldest is typically developing, super fun and loves people. Our youngest is developmentally delayed, is also super fun, and loves music, dogs and babies. They are both easygoing, eat well and get along well. Mom is a part time consultant and resilience trainer and dad works full time. We have had great relationships with all of our previous nannies and sitters that have lasted multiple years, and we are looking for someone reliable and fun - someone who thinks kids are actual people with valid opinions and will not leave the house looking like a tornado hit it. Additional needs include being comfortable with our barky-but-sweet standard poodle, having a reliable car, a non-smoker and being fully vaccinated.

Must have experience caring for young boys, like the outdoors (even in the summer) and be comfortable with a dog. Given our location, a half mile from the ocean and access to a community pool, must be an experienced swimmer. The boys love the aquarium, walks to the playground, the library, and the lake. My husband and I both work from home in a 3level, 4bed/4bath house. We're currently hosting an Au Pair who cares for the boys full time but she's returning to Spain in May. We'd be open to part-time care support starting in Jan. Some light housekeeping is required. We do have pets, so please consider that when applying.
