We need a cleaner who can clean the main house when we stay, as well as the guest house when we have guests or rental.

I live in a 29ft trailer. I'm a maintenance/construction worker. I find I do so much on the property I live, but go inside when the sun goes down, and I just don't seem to be able to put my clothes away (I do piles), but they are mostly clean right now. My floors are a mess... My cat Clara Is a lot cleaner than I am. I feel scattered, and just need some organizing. Please help

I am preparing to be a split custody dad, with twin 12-year-old girls. One has asthma, one has Type 1 diabetes. I am looking for full-time supervision/care on an every other week basis, including some Saturdays. My daughters are both responsible and skilled at managing their conditions with some oversight and assistance with their medical needs. I prefer that you have some knowledge/skill for managing each, but I'll provide the requisite education during a familiarization period. I'll also pay for AED/CPR training, if you do not currently have the certification. I won't ask you to fly solo until we're all comfortable with your knowledge and skill. TIA! Jon
