When outside, he has to stay on a leash because he doesn't hear anything, he can run out into the street and get hit or run off chasing squirrels etc. and won't hear you calling for him. Very playful and lazy when he wants. Likes going for rides also. He is mainly an inside dog who thinks he's human.
