I am interested in tutoring/ pursuing an English teaching/Soutien de langes etrangeres job. I am currently freelancing/teaching privates and studying French in which I have attained a B1 level. I have taught at IB international school settings for the past 18 years. My teaching experience includes helping resource students cope with their classroom’s expectations and guide their teachers on addressing/tailoring learning strategies to keep them motivated. I have also taught English as an additional language (EAL) to students that are new to the International Baccalaureate system. I hold a BA in Special Needs, concentration on special pedagogics and instruction. Furthermore, I obtained the CELTA from Cambridge University which allows me to teach English to non native speakers and the TKT (teachers’ knowledge test) bands 1,2,3 all mandatory certificates for language teachers in the UK. For the past six years, I have worked independently helping homeschoolers choose and/or create their own educational curriculums to fit their lifestyles and educational goals.
