I am looking for someone to start anytime from January- March but am flexible and can wait for the right person. And to stay 9-12months or longer.
We live in Dulwich, SE London. It is a very safe, family friendly area with lots of open space, excellent schools, parks, bars, restaurants and a picture gallery. There are lots of sports facilities and a local national sports stadium with access to facilities there too. My home is 15minutes by train from Victoria station (5mins walk to station) and half an hour to Oxford Street by the bus on our road.
I have two very happy, friendly well behaved boys aged 4yrs and 9 years. They are both at school.
Both love music and sports and my 9 year old plays piano and clarinet and loves football and swimming. My 4yr old loves to sing and dance and adores football.
I am looking for someone fun to help care mostly for my younger boy when he is not in school as the older one often has after school classes/activities. He is great fun to be with and makes everyone laugh. Ideally I need a good cook tho not essential. Someone who is clean and keeps their room tidy and encourages the kids to tidy up.
We have a cleaner but need light housework around the kids (e.g. tidying after play, ironing kids clothes, keeping kitchen clean after use, play room and kids bed rooms organised, no deep clean needed).
If you drive, that is a bonus and if you play the piano, a big bonus (though not essential).
Parents work part time (doctor and dentist) and often around and pitch in. We are a very sporty family and often have kids running around the garden or park playing football/rounders/cricket. If you swim and can swim with the kids, that’s great too. My son is a club swimmer.
We have a big, modern house with a garden and you would have your own private floor with larger double bedroom and private bathroom. Plus TV and wifi. We also have a big screen dedicated cinema room which you are welcome to use if a big movie fan.
We are very friendly and fair and flexible and looking for someone bubbly and happy and a great personality to make our boys happy. The hours can be flexible and there will be plenty of time off to do any courses especially when the kids are in school. Mostly we need before and after school care and two nights babysitting. You are free for most of the day in between. The hours can be adjusted around the right person.
