The efficiency is home office. Only clean 2 of 3 bedrooms because last bedroom is used for storage. Have mature min pin and doberman puppy so need to be comfortable with dogs and dogs type mess (dirt on floors/destroyed toys). I live in a 3/2 mobile home and need help keeping up on having a clean living space. Someone to come in every two weeks and do the following. Both bathrooms, every room in my house gets very dusty windows , walls, cabinets, dressers. I have very bad allergies and asthma. Along with your basic cleaning the kitchen including counters, sink, stove, floor. I do have a dog he's well behaved and won't bother you.

Thorough vacuuming, woodwork and chair rail cleaning, one sliding glass door, wash one and a half baths, kitchen appliances big and little, inside and out, and all floors, change one queen size bed, monthly. Add one extra cleaning to do top of kitchen cabinets requires ladder and cleaning all , many baskets and decorative items, and then replacing, about three hours. Winter, November, and February, add one extra cleaning for porch furniture and tile my power washer.

after renters leave I need the towels and sheets washed the beds made, everything dusted, all the mirrors cleaned, dishwasher emptied, both bathrooms cleaned, one shower tub combo master shower only. if needed wash the shower curtains. all floors swept/vacuumed and all hard surfaces mopped with either bleach or pine sol.. if needed wipe down trim around doors and shutters, and clean the laundry room including running the self clean cycle for the washing machine. empty all the trash and put new bags in the cans.
Not needed every week of month but some tenants will want the work done which is separate from this.
to be done after each tenant leaves and before new ones arrive for check in. 4-6 or more times per year.
We have dogs, which I'm allergic to, so a clean house (floors swept and mopped 3x a week) is a must. Have 3 small kids, so decluttering is a reoccurring thing.
