4 dogs, 2 cats. Need help deep cleaning my home, then maintaining it. There is some heavy cleaning needed done at the beginning but once every thing is set up, maintenance cleaning will only be needed. So looking for some one who enjoys to see cleaning progressions! We are looking for someone to do a general cleaning every couple weeks to once a month, depending on rates. Any weekday except Tuesdays would be fine. We are happy to pay by the hour or a flat rate. There are three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and two hallways. Majority of rooms are hardwood with throw rugs. We can provide all supplies. Primarily looking for bathroom cleaning, dusting, including blinds, and floors. If willing to scrub a couple of carpets occasionally, that would be a plus. No pick up, dishes, linens, etc. We have an toddler, a very shy cat, and two very friendly dogs who will be crated during cleaning (or at doggy daycare). Entry with key in lock box, as we'll likely be at work.

My husband's hand surgery has been moved to Monday 6/22. Current help is not available -Covid. We are older, retired with health limits. With no Covid. Please bring mask etc. Non Smokers with allergy. The primary Area to be cleaned is half finished basement with laminate flooring where my husband will be recovering.
