Ballets disciplined training teaches strength, stamina, coordination, rhythm, flexibility, and posture, necessary skills for all sports.
This class incorporates high-intensity interval training to help burn calories quickly and build muscle. In addition, it combines powerful plyometric moves, cardiovascular conditioning drills, and strength training intervals. As a result, the body strengthens and ones while improving flexibility.
