USAIGC Copper 2, Copper, Bronze, Diamond, and Up!
Athletes will meet to train 2-3 times per week 2.5-3 Hour Class working their Routine Elements on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor based on their level.
PRACTICE
We train between 5+ hours per week and compete in 4 to 9 competitions per season including State and Regional Championships.
Competitive gymnastics is a year-round sport.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
We compete under the USAIGC rules and regulations.
Outdoor Drop-off & Pick-up
Athletes will be brought outside courtyard at the end of class (weather permitting)
Me & You Classes: Only 1 Parent/Caregiver allowed in the facility during class
Temperature checks will be given before your child enters the building
If an athlete has a temperature above 100.4 degrees or appears visibly sick we will not permit them into the building
Please bring your own water bottle.
Cash payments MUST be exact change in an envelope labelled with your child’s first and last name
Make Up Policy & Shutdown Updates
Due to smaller class sizes, only 1 make up class will be offered per session based on availability
Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class
In an effort to keep classes small, make up classes are first come, first serve
Make up classes are non transferable, and non-refundable
Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable
No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
In the event of a COVID-19 shutdown, online Zoom classes will be offered in lieu of in person classes
Dresscode:
Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top
Long hair must be pulled back before class
Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name
Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins
Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights
