About

MOCHA Field Trips are a great way to spend the school year. We offer an array of art lessons and can customize curriculum based on what you are learning in your classroom. Your class or community group will participate in an engaging art lesson led by a professional teaching artist.

Lessons include an educational presentation as well as opportunities for hands-on making. Each lesson is 1 hour long (Pre-K). We can accommodate up to 20 students (Pre-K). For groups larger than 20 students, a second reservation may be required and groups may need to be staggered.

Students will explore art through literature by hearing a story then exploring hands on art stations related to the book. Activities will include painting, drawing, clay sculpture, color mixing, clay and collage.

Choose from the book selection below:

It's Okay To Be Different By Todd Parr
Mouse Paint By Ellen Stoll Walsh
From Head To Toe By Eric Carle

MOCHA requires at least 2 weeks notice to book a field trip. MOCHA does not allow lessons to be changed under 72 hours. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
We need at least two weeks notice to cancel a field trip and will retain a $25 admin fee, If you cancel a field trip within 2 weeks of the trip, no refund will be given. If you need to reschedule we need at least 1 weeks notice and will retain a $25 admin fee. If you want to reschedule and do not give at leasts 1 weeks notice we will retain half of the cost of the filed trip.

MOCHA is constantly updating their policies to reflect the most current CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
