GrowFit Sports Camps offer a wide variety of activities and physical education to help develop your kiddo’s young athletic spirit. Based on GrowFit’s proprietary curriculum, our camps provide opportunities for thousands of different activities to be explored. Children will feel safe and inspired to try new sports and have tons of fun!

Drop off: Camp starts at 9:00 am. Drop-off is around the back of the East Bay Sports building which is where the entrance is.

Pick up: Camp ends at 4:00 PM at East Bay Sports in San Ramon and pick-up will around the back of the East Bay Sports building.

Lunch & Snacks: All campers get a few snack breaks during the day so we recommend packing at least 3 healthy snacks. Families will be asked to pack their own hearty lunches.

Water bottle: Bringing two large water bottles to stay hydrated will be beneficial. Water fountains will be closed due to Covid.

Shoes & clothing: We suggest that all children wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes. Please leave the soccer cleats at home as they are not allowed on the turf. An extra set of clothing should be brought for younger children.

A minimum of 8 kids will be necessary to run camp and siblings will be grouped together upon request.
