Me & You + Preschool athletes join us for a fun 45 minute beginner gymnastics class live on Zoom!
Athletes will work on strength, flexibility, jumps, tumbling, handstands, cartwheels, and more!
Bring a yoga mat & water bottle!
Practice safety measures while using online classes.
Parents must ensure the space is safe for physical activity, move any furniture or items that may harm your child. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian when participating in online classes.
