Space: 345 Judah Street.
Our space has two floors.
First floor: Greeting and seating area for adults and space for kids to play. We have lots of toys for kids to enjoy, two 8ft tables and 20 chairs for your food set up and guest.
Second Floor: Art Studio.

Basic birthday party plan:
Messy.Art.Lab parties are 2 hours long, consisting of calm art activities during the first 30 minutes of the party giving time to guests to arrive, and 1 hour for messy fun!. You will be able to have the cake in our space downstairs during the last 30 minutes of the party. If you prefer another timing plan we are open to discussing it.

Art part of the party:

You will be able to use the entire art studio located in the second floor of the space. Our set up consists of several art and sensory stations. (magnet & cozy corner, sand table, playdough tables, rice tent, paint wall, lightbox with sensory or paint activity, magnet board, sensory table with activities according to your party theme, messy paint table, mixed media station where kids will have the option to create an artwork, frame it and take it home. We also have a glow in the dark room with several stations like playdough, paint, stickers, and sensory wall/floor. We finalize the art part of the party with bubble time. We will be happy to adjust our activities to your party theme as much as possible.

­All our activities are developmentally age appropriate and are open-ended enough that even younger or older siblings will enjoy and accomplish them with great success!

­During the art portion of your party, children will cycle through the stations at their own pace. They may choose to only get to two stations, or they might get to all of them twice! While we greatly encourage each child to get to every station, we prefer that everyone experience the party in their own unique way.

­You will have friendly instructors facilitating the art activities at your party. The number of instructors will depend on how many guests you are expecting. The guest number will be confirmed 5 days prior to the event.

Messy.Art.Lab parties include all the preparation of food-based art supplies, regular non-toxic art supplies, set up, smocks, and clean up.

Please let us know if you expect that there will be guests who might need special assistance. Having this information in advance will help us run the party more smoothly, and ensure that your guests are taken care of.

Add­on activities are available to personalized your party.

Add­on 1 (included)
Art Lab:
We will experiment and learn how to make one of the below art projects and take it home.
(choose any of those Flubber/Slime, Playdough, Bath Bombs)
$60 per event.

Add­on 2
Canvas Paint:
Children will paint on collaborative painting on a canvas with out of the box techniques (Keepsake for birthday child).
$60 per event.

Addon 3
Goody bags:
Cloth bag with age-appropriate art supplies and surprises.
$6 each.

Addon 4
Facepaint service:
We can add face paint service for $80 per hour.
We use only FDA compliant paint that is specifically designed for the face.

Instructors:
Instructor Child ratio is 1:7

Pricing:
$475 Basic Birthday Party Package + Add­ons (up to 10 children)
$18 For each additional child (up to 20 children).

*We can host a max of 45 guests in our space (adults+kids)

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
­$100 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

­Full payment is required 14 days prior to the event.

If you need to cancel your party:
­More than 14 days before party date your deposit will be fully refunded.
­14 to 7 days 50% cancellation fee, 50% will be refunded.
7 to 0 days 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund issued as a Messy Art Lab credit valid for 3 months from the date of the party.
