Tallmadge Evening Child Care Jobs

We're a blended family w/(4) kids, (2) dogs and a full schedule. My wife and I both work and all the kids are in something and have other things to go to after school. It's important to us that our kids are good little humans, so being polite and kind and caring. I have a flexible work schedule, but manage a team and need to be in the office more, and my wife's schedule is rigid, so she can't be home when the kids need to get on & off the bus. We're mainly looking for someone to put our (3) girls on the bus in the morning and take care of the dogs in the morning. We would also want to have a date night in the evening twice/month. E likes music & dirt bikes, A likes sports and art, E likes art work and creative outlets, and E likes cheer/gymnastics and the dogs. E is in the middle on the spectrum, so he has some special needs with that. The girls are pretty easygoing, and really just need reminders on organization & cleaning up, planning ahead and getting to the bus stop on time. We would need someone able to manage all the kids and take care of a couple dogs. The dogs are a little older, laid back and docile. Parking is available at our house. Seeking an overnight sitter who can stay with our two teens and several pets Nov 4th-8th (Thursday evening through Monday evening) in Tallmadge. Our girls are pretty self-sufficient and very well behaved - they will cook their own meals, order, and don't need entertained, and they help with the pets. Driving duties include pickups and drop-offs at school a minutes away on Friday and Monday for one girl. Its OK if you are away from our house for a few hours here and there, as long as we know the plans ahead of time. Our pets include a senior dog, two cats, two guinea pigs, fish, and backyard ducks/chickens. Tallmadge family needs a part-time sitter for three boys (5-year-old, 3. 5-year-old, and 1. 5-year-old) so that my husband and I can go on weekly date nights. We are in need of someone who can either get my kiddo on the bus (If they live in Tallmadge), can drop my kiddo off at school, or hang out at my house until the bus arrives. Hours would be from 7 to 8:30a, up to 3 days a week. Days can be variable depending on my schedule and if his dad picks him up for his visitation. We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Tallmadge for the afternoon and evening. We are attending a wedding and from out of town. You would be at our parent's house, which isn't very baby proof so keeping them safe from tall wooden staircases, fireplace and other parts of the home is very crucial. We seek someone very attentive as our young boys (2 years and 11 months) are very fast and like to play. Having a good imagination and ability to entertain them is key also for they won't have all their toys to entertain them since it isn't at our house. There is a large yard that would require close supervision and you are welcome to take them outside some of the day.

Our ideal caregiver: I would need someone who can get my daughter off the bus and possibly take her to gymnastics in Cuyahoga falls once or twice a week in the evening. Additional needs include having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance.
