I am a 22 year old female and attend AUT. I have had more than 8 years of childcare experience, looking after over 50 children from the ages of 8 months to 14 years. I love working with and for children, and would like to broaden my experience. I am based in Mount Eden and live opposite Balmoral School, but can work all around the Auckland City area. I believe I would be a valuable asset to you, your children, and household as I get along well with adults and children alike. I'm a friendly, hard working young woman, and delight in seeing children provided with the care and happiness they need to flourish. My main aim is to keep the kids happy and laughing while, at the same time, confidently and firmly set boundaries to keep them safe. I love the creativity, fun and individuality kids bring to the table and I challenge myself to keep up with them as they let their imaginations go wild! I have learnt very quickly, over the years, that running a household takes lots of work, so I complete household tasks given to me quickly and to a high standard. I'm aware that parents are very busy so I will often go the extra mile to see what else needs to be done to take some of the load off the parents.
