I have nearly 6 years full time experience in childcare. I am passionate about providing the best care possible by creating bonds with these special little people. I think it’s so important to build a relationship and trust with the person caring for your child and am very open, honest and trusting. I have my own little girl (17months) and would be interested in a long term job locally where I could bring her with me and look after children of a similar age so they are still gaining social interaction. I am also big into activities and sensory play. Each day in childcare should be fun, different and a learning experience for the child. It’s such a rewarding job :). I have my FETAC level 5 and level 6 in childcare. I have just finished my Level 7 also. I am a certified Maternity Nurse (Certificate and diploma) and also have a Level 5 component Cert in Children with Additional Needs. I am HACCP 1&2 trained, have a child protection cert, first aid and manual handling cert, food safety cert, anaphylaxis and asthma cert, and health and nutrition cert. I’m fully Garda Vetted too. I can provide copies of all of my qualifications and references too! I have a full clean drivers license but no car.
