| I currently work at a special needs school In Burton on Trent with children aged 11-19. I am passionate, caring and willing to learn. I have a real passion for children with special needs and really enjoy what i do.

I have loads of experience with children and adults with additional needs. I have done various care jobs both paid and voluntarily. I have been a foster carer for children with and without additional needs. I have been a voluntary independent advocate for children with severe additional needs who are in care.

| My son who is 26 years old has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, is a wheelchair user and needs full care. I have experience with communication aids, incontinence personal care and all aspects of cerebral palsy. For the last three and a half years I have been working with a young lady who also has cerebral palsy. She again is a wheelchair user with communication diffuculties I have also worked at a residential school for young people with severe and complex needs and behavioural issues. I am compassionate, patient and caring.

| Hello, i am a university graduate, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies. I currently work within a Special Needs School as a Teaching Assistant. I have worked in this setting since graduating in 2016. I have had lots of experience looking after and caring for children at work and at home, as i have a number of nieces and nephews! At my setting i currently work with children with a variety of needs, such as ASD, ADHD, DS, Dyslexia, Visual Impairments and delayed learning and development. We try to overcome barriers to learning and encourage them to take part in activities within the community. I am happy to childminder, cook, and help with school work for children above 5 years old, as this is where my strengths lie! I am also happy to childminder children who have disabilities, as this is my line of work. I am available Monday - Thursday each week after 5pm, and alternate Fridays and weekends- although this can be discussed further. During school holidays i will be available, and try to make myself fit in to what you need!
