| I've been working as a cleaner and care assistant in Glasgow since 2004 and also I'm working as bank auxiliary in Glasgow royal.. i had experience looking after a wee girl who suffered from down syndrome. I also had experience in looking after a boy who suffered in autism. I've been taking care of them for 1 year & 3 months when I was in the Philippines... I also looking for a cleaning job as i have experienced as a house cleaner in some houses in different part of Glasgow.. I am trustworthy, efficient, fun to be with and have a long patience.. I love to look after people.

| I am a flexible, confident and patient individual with over three years of experience working in a special education setting as a Teaching assistant and/or a Learning disability support worker, promoting independence amongst service users. Further to this, I have in-depth knowledge of safeguarding all individuals, de-escalation techniques and ‘covering’ lessons for teachers at a moment notice. More than anything else, I am most experienced as a carer for my younger sister with Autism, I believe this has meant I have a natural understanding for other families/students in a similar situation to mine. | A compassionate, organised and dedicated youth worker and manager with over 4 years’ experience working with young people aged 14-20 with serious drug and behavioural problems in statutory and private care. I have rich experience of supporting and caring for youth diagnosed with a profound, multiple and complex support needs from severe attachment, development and personality disorders to autism, eating- and self-harm disorders. I am very experienced at working with clients who have an extensive history of violence and aggression, and am both adept and confident working in direct contact with clients, including when having to use physical restraint on clients during extreme violent outbursts. | I have a master's degree in psychology. After I graduaded in 2012 I worked as a psychologist with children and adolescents with Autism and psychosis. I also worked as a carer in a residential centre for adults with brain injuries and as a psychologist in a residential centre for adults with learning disabilities and mental health disorders. At the moment, I study to become an art psychotherapist and had a first placement experience working with children and adolescents. | I’m currently trying to get into university to study paediatric nursing and I am hoping to get an opportunity to gain some more experience in caring for people . I am particularly interested in caring with people with disabilities such as autism as i myself have aspergers so i know a great deal about how to give care to someone who has similar/ more severe disabilities . Although i am autistic I don’t let that hold me back and i use it as a “superpower” as it gives me an incredible memory and i am more aware than most about sensory issues . I have undergone a first aid course and i have skills in DBT and CBT (mental health therapy courses) . I have no other responsibilities so i will be able to help how little or as much as you may desire . Although i will be getting paid that is not my motivation, my motivation is to gain experience and help people who can’t always help themselves

| I have training in helping people with special needs such as autism and other learning differences. I received this training through my current job were I work as a personal assistant and help my clients to lead a safe and fulfilling life. The training includes subjects such as Safeguarding adults and children, food hygiene, first aid, autism and epilepsy awareness, fire safety.

| I have had experience tutoring and looking after two boys with autism and fragile x for about 4 years now. These boys are currently 21 and 23, I look after them when the family is away on holiday this is around 2-3 weeks long, I live in with them do basic duties like preparing foods , bathing , washing and just being a friend. | I have experience in working with children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and nonverbal. I was part of the team at the Lothian Autistic Society in Edinburgh and I was paired 1:2, 1:1 or 2:1 with a child/young person with additional support needs during school holidays for two years. I was actively assist them to participate in the activities available, both in the school and at external ones, supporting and encouraging the child/young person in order to make him/her feel part of the group, managing and handling challenging behaviour situations, helping to develop social and communication skills and to get involved in imaginative play and enable them to enjoy new experience. This experience helped me to develop strong interpersonal skills and to manage challenging situations with children with special needs in calm, playful and professional way. I also have experience as a children entertainer. Specialising in balloon modelling, I was regularly entertain as a clown at birthday parties, festivals and Community Centre events. I have passion for the outdoors, organising treasure hunts and to make others smile.
