I’m a bubbly outgoing individual who’s not scared of hard work. I have been doing care for 4 1/2 years in total and I’ve enjoyed making a difference to people’s lives. I am very confident with epilepsy and extended feeding (PEG feeds) I have experience working with lots of different conditions like: autism, dementia, Down syndrome, SMS, sever epilepsy, ADHD, ADD, cerebral palsy, tunnel vision, developmental delays and individuals with mobility impairment. I have a wide experience with supporting adults with LD and complex needs and have recently started supporting young people/children. I have my level 2&3 in health and social care and certificates of the training I have received. During my experience in care I have assisted people whilst at school, swimming, hydrotherapy, bowling, cinema, learning independent living skills, music session, beach Trips, using public transport, physiotherapy, morning/ night time routines (showering, dressing, incontinent difficulties), and finding ways to allow the individual to complete hobbies and tasks of preferred choice in a safe way.
