At Fido & Felix we believe in always providing a professional, friendly and reliable service whatever the weather! Meet Frances: I come from an animal orientated family and have been surrounded by four legged friends from a young age. I currently have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a rabbit, a horse and a salamander! I started working at a rabbit and cat breeders at the age of 15. From there I moved onto working at a kennels and cattery whilst studying Animal Management at university. My last job was working as a Veterinary Care Assistant looking after sick and injured pets. Whilst I loved working in each of these roles, and learnt a great deal it was always my dream to run my very own pet care service. I understand first-hand how difficult it is to juggle work, family and to also give your beloved pets the time and attention they deserve. Making animals happy is something I love to do!

Emily is wonderful and a natural with animals. I have two senior cats who are very nervous and one of them needs daily medication which can be a struggle. Emily was patient and caring, and made sure they were comfortable, fed, cuddled, played with and even managed to get a stubborn cat to take all of his medicine every day. She sent regular updates and my little beasts were so happy and content. I would 100% book Emily again and thoroughly recommend her."
