| I’ve worked in a variety of different roles over my 13 year experience in care. Home Care Assistant, Care Assistant within residential care, Senior Care Management within residential care, Home Care Coordinator, and on the wards as a healthcare assistant within local hospitals. I have assisted clients with personal cares, shopping, hospital appointments, medication, continence care, catheter care, meal preparations, morning and nightly welfare checks, waking nights, sleeping nights and more. I have also looked after people with a range of different illnesses from Diabetes, Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS, MN, Strokes, Emphysema, COPD and Heart failure all the way up to End of life care. I have worked in a number of different environments, as well as liaising with different care professionals and family’s to achieve the same goal.
