Hello, my name is Lesley. I've worked with children for 7 years and primarily those with additional support needs for 6 years. I'm very passionate about what I do and will do anything in my power to help people reach their full potential! Having worked in a school for pupils with additional support needs I have an abundance of training. I help run the visual and hearing support team within the school. Therefore, I have specialist training in this area including British Sign Lanuage. I'm currently undertaking level 3. I'm personable and outgoing which makes it quite easy to build relationships with whoever I work with.
