Hi! My name is Emma and I’m looking for work as a special needs carer. My parents are foster carers and have been since I was 9 so I’ve grown up around lots of children. I have 2 biological brothers and 1 adopted brother who all have special needs. I have spent lots of time looking after them so have the experience of living with individuals with special needs and can relate to problems that you may be experiencing.
I have completed an NC in Health and Social Care and a HNC Social Care where I have done over 500 hours of work placement in a school for children with autism and learning difficulties. I am now studying at university and I’m looking for Care work to gain some valuable experience and help make a difference in someone’s life.
