Further to your inquiry I’m pleased to enclose further information about Twelve Trees a family run company and in particular our home care service. We run the service very differently from most with allocated call times, regular care staff, our team are paid to travel including their full shift which means there’s no rushing or trying to cut calls etc. We have a great office support team, all very experienced in care and an App which can be download to confirm when we visited and that all tasks where completed for reassurance.
