I can highly recommend Kay, she helped our family during a very difficult time. My Mum described Kay as 'a breath of fresh air' when she visited. She is not only great at her job - housekeeping for my parents who are in their 80s - but is a lovely lady who is warm and kind. Mum was initially reluctant to relinquish household responsibilities, but Kay made the whole process easy and quickly gained my Mums trust and Mum looked forward to spending time with her each week. It was a big relief for myself and my brother, knowing that our parents had the extra help and support they needed in order to stay in their own home as long as possible. I can't recommend Kay highly enough.
