I am a reliable, outgoing, trustworthy, person who has the ability to form trusting and effective relationships. I am currently a childcare development worker, working towards my SVQ3 in Childcare & Early Years Education. I have 8 years’ experience in working with children varying from babysitting, child minding, teaching, au pairing and camp counsellor. I have a sensitive and hands on approach towards working with children and have a strong passion for child development. As an individual I am able to establish and communicate clear objectives for all kinds of learning activities and also develop high quality and engaging lesson plans for all age groups, especially younger children. I come from a large, child orientated family which has definitely influenced my decision to pursue a career in childcare.
