Since completing my childcare/early years course (CACHE Level 3 Diploma) I have worked for various local families providing nannying and babysitting services. From a young age I wanted to pursue a career working with children and when it came to choosing my career path I knew it would be as a Nanny, as it is a profession that I am ideally suited to. With that goal in mind I took on a number of childcare responsibilities whilst still at school and beyond, as I love working with young children and am caring, patient, enthusiastic, supportive and reliable and passionate about all aspects of childcare and child development in the early years. I found my course and various work experiences an excellent grounding for my career, as they included placements within a variety of settings. These settings though very different to each other, provided me with a sound basis and understanding for moving forward in my own development as a childcare practitioner and Nanny.
