I have 7 years of experience in childcare, including six months working in a nursery setting during my gap year. I have worked with children from 5 months up to 17 years. I absolutely love working with children and being a part of their childhood. I really enjoy using play, creative activities and imagination during my time with the kids. I also love encouraging outside play (depending on the weather!) and really enjoy trips to the local park and playgroups. I have experience with additional needs and am qualified in medication administration (including gastro feeding). I am also qualified in safe handling and hoisting. As well as a DBS check, I also have fire safety and food hygiene certificates. I can show these, along with several references, on request. I have a clean driving licence and my own car.
