I have grown up in a large family home, being the eldest of 6 I have always helped my mum to look after my siblings. As I’ve become an adult I have looked after my younger twin sisters whilst my parents go away for the week at a time this would include the schools runs,cooking, helping with homework and hygiene needs. I have had the experience of being nanny caring a toddler and a baby this included playing with the children, their hygiene needs, house keeping and meal prepping. I also have experience in looking after children and young adults with learning disability in their own homes. This included going to school with time and helping them within their own home. I am very friendly and people have always said I’ve got an act with children and they just attach to me. I currently work in a hospital looking after acutely unwell patients, always showing care and compassion. I believe I am a good listener and good at communicating with people that I meet. I am up to date with my first aid training. I believe that I have gained the skills in nursing that transfer to becoming a nanny. I have always been passionate about helping and caring for others.
