I don’t have much experience with babysitting, I’ve only done the odd job for family and friends. However, my current job is working for the council and I take kids (mainly disabled) to school and back. So I have a pretty good understanding on how to make kids feel happy, safe and comfortable. Plus, I have found that with me being 18 kids can relate to me more than an adult so they are more likely to trust me and open up. While watching your kids I’ll do my best to clean up their mess while they are under my supervision, I’m a pretty decent cook and baker so if you have the food/ingredients and give me a quick run down of your oven settings and possible allergies then I can feed them, I will clean them up and change them if needed (I won’t bathe unless necessary because I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable), I will help the with homework- I have a C in math and English, a distinction in an IT course, a distinction in health and social care level two and a distinction in the first year of public services level three, and finally I will keep them entertained with fun activities indoor and outdoor (toys, reading, games, consoles, football and other garden sports).
