Nannies in Tadcaster

| I have had 9 years experience so far in childcare. I have worked with children from ages 3 years-17 years. I have worked in Nurseries and as a Nanny for different families, doing nanny and housekeeping jobs. I've worked in Greece as a Nanny/carer with a 1:11 ratio. I am very enthusiastic and have great relationships still with all the families I have worked with. I am very passionate about my work, I'm friendly, patient and hard working. I currently work Mon and Thurs but looking for another family to work some or all of the other 3 week days. I take my son to work with me at present but am looking at putting him into nursery some days if need be. My free days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

| I have been qualified since 1995 and have over 20 year’s childcare experience, Mainstream and Special Needs. This includes emotional and challenging behaviours. I feel I can bring a lot to this role, I am a good team player, I work well within a team, I am relaxed and calm in challenging situations, I am always trying to make myself better with keeping up to date with training, I am a good role model and can lead a team well. I am very approachable and staff tell me they feel very comfortable talking to me. I have Team Teach and I have used it regularly as a last resort. I help the manager with rotas, arrange cover if necessary, make sure policy and procedures are up to date, supervisions, make sure Keyworker roles and folders are kept up to date, along with my own Key Childs needs. I attend reviews and teacher child meetings making sure all transitions run smoothly. I cook home cooked meals for the young people, ensure their personal care and toiletries are always perfect. I feel this role is the next step in my career and I am always looking to better myself. I always like new challenges, it keeps me alive.

| I have worked in a school for over 10 years. I worked in classrooms as a Teaching Assistant then became a Higher level Teaching Assistant, so I planned my own lessons and and taught classes when the teacher were out having their planning time.
