Emma is fantastic and was a blessing to our family this summer. We had just moved from the US and we were trying to adjust to a new life in the UK, get our home set up and unpacked and learn a new city. In walked Emma who was calm and patient and kind. She brought age appropriate activities for my two girls (aged 5 and 2) to entertain them and keep them happy throughout the long summer. She helped us with adjustment/behavioural issues, she helped cook meals, she helped clean up after the kids (and helped them be involved as well). She was respectful and courteous and always pleasant to be around. My girls miss Emma now that she's back at University and we look forward to seeing her again.
