I enjoy spending time with children and getting to know them when caring for them, and I very much value the fact that I can support families and watch children grow while conducting my role. I have been working in a child care environment for the past 4 years. The children I have looked after have been aged 6 months to 4 years and I have also babysat for these children and their older siblings. While working in the nursery I have changed nappies, prepared bottles, put children to sleep, prepared breakfasts and fed the children throughout the day. Another part of my job is to interact with the children throughout the day and help them learn and experience new things. I have a level 3 in childcare and a first aid qualification. I am also studying towards a degree with the open university.

| My name is Naomi, I am 21 and live in Caerphilly. I am was studying mental health nursing at university, specialising in children’s mental health. After a year of study I have decided mental health is not for me but I would love to work with children of any age and I’m just started to look into jobs surrounding this. | Hello, I'm Jordan and after working in the tv and film industry as a costume maker for over 15 years, I am now working from home on my new business and have more time to help and care for others. I have always been great with babies and kids, and have always and a maternal instinct. My friend's always say I would make an amazing Mum. I have always said that babies and kids are just pure joy, and it's so important for the next generation to grow up feeling the love they deserve so they can grow and bloom.
