| Im a mature student, in my second year of a Masters in Art Psychotherapy. Last year as part of my Masters I worked with primary children in a school as a trainee art therapist. This included working with children with additional needs. Before starting the course I worked in an After School Club (Skool is Out) for 2 years, working up to a senior role. Part of my role was to collect children from school, plan and run engaging activities and take them on trips. I have a degree in Fine Art, so I love fun arts and crafts activities with children and love the outdoors too! I am a qualified Secondary Art Teacher, so would be happy to tutor too. A requirement of my course is that I have a current PVG check. I also recently completed First Aid Training. I am available evenings and weekends and for the full day Fridays and Mondays.

My experience ranges from newborn babies right up to 12-year-old children. My favourite thing to do is take the kids on an adventure outside in the park or bake in the kitchen. | My name is Kirsty, I have just arrived back in England after 2 years in New Zealand, of which 1 year was spent as an Au Pair for a lovely family near Christchurch. I lived in with the family and looked after 3 children whilst the parents we at work or social events. When I started the children were 3, 5 and 7 years old, 2 girls and one boy. I was in charge of getting them ready for school, to and from school/preschool, after school activities, homework tasks, fun activities, household chores and also preparing and cooking meals for the family. Before starting this job, I completed a Child First Aid course. In addition, I babysat for other families in the area including overnight stays. I also volunteered at a local Nursery School when I was younger and volunteered at Upton House to help organise and run events such as the Easter Egg trail. I’m planning to train as a Primary Teacher, but not until September 2023. I miss working with children, and would love to work as a babysitter again. | I was au pair in London during one year and a half (January 2015- June 2016). In Spain I have worked in a nursery school with children of the age of 0-3 some of them with special needs, during 4 months. While I have been studying I have worked as a nanny in diferent families: ####-####: each summer taking care of a girl (now is 8 years old), preparing breakfast and lunch, playing with her, making crafts, going to the swimming pool and going to the park. - ####-####: taking care of a girl 4 years old and a boy 6 years old. I picked them up from school and went to the park and played together. - ####-####: same boy and girl. But this year I took care of them in the mornings. I woke them up, prepared breakfast, helped them to get dressed and ready for school and took them to school. - ####-####: taking care of two boys (2 and 6 years old) every Friday. I picked the older one up from school and went home to have lunch. Later, grandparents brought me the 2 year old boy from nursery. And we spent time during the afternoon playing, dancing, making crafts... I had to change diapers to the younger one too. Around 5:30 I prepared some afternoon snack and after that we got ready to go to the park. I can provide references.

| Hi, I'm Victoria I am currently a student looking for a job in childcare while studying in Edinburgh. I'm based in Newington but am willing to travel for a position. I'm an enthusiastic and caring person who loves working with children of all ages in a variety of situations. My previous experience includes babysitting for 4 years for 2 families of 3 children each on a weekly basis. I helped with dinner, homework and bedtime. For 4 years, I've assisted with holiday clubs for large groups doing a variety of activities and taught dance to children aged 2-13 years for 5 years. I volunteered at an after school club for children with a variety of special needs, which I found truly enjoyable and rewarding. I'm July and August 2016, I worked as a childcare assistant at a member's club hotel near Inverness, looking after children in a range of activities, with children aged from 1 year to 16 years old. For 2017, I had a summer job looking after a six year old one-on-one during the school holidays. With each different experience, I have learnt to adjust my care to suit the child and the situation, preparing me for new childcare scenarios. I currently study Psychology at The University of Edinburgh. Outside of academics, I cheer with my University team and have dance for 14 years. | Hello! I am a Chemistry Masters student, originally from Spain. I have been living in Edinburgh for 4 years. I enjoy sports, creative activities and cooking. I am responsible, easy going and very energetic! I have been an after school nanny for the past 2 years, looking after two boys of ages 9 and 11 years old. My daily tasks included picking them up from school, giving them snack/dinners and playing, as well as taking them to after school activities. I also helped them occasionally with homework and encouraged them to play music instruments. Unfortunately, this job has been affected by the current COVID-19 situation, it is for this reason I am looking for a new nanny job. Previous to this, I worked in Edinburgh as an after school nanny for a 10 year old girl during 5 months before I started University. I also spent a year (####-####) as an au-pair in England looking after a new born baby and a 3 year old girl. My job included cooking meals for them, mainly playing time as well as babysitting during some weekends.
