Hope you are well and not too busy to consider us. I would like a housekeeper who will help us on a long-term basis and ideally already has experience in cleaning. I have tried a local company for six months but they have not been able to supply cleaners regularly. Before we moved I had a regular local cleaner who was great so I'm really hoping for that again if I can find it.
Looking for someone to help me with two hours per fortnight to include Floor cleaning and occasional Oven cleaning (happy to arrange extra paid time for this). Likely Tuesday afternoons but can be flexible. Rate available at £12/hr or negotiable, help yourself to tea or coffee!
Our house is in East Down area, there are just the two of us (me plus Carl) and we'd probably be at work most times so can provide a key. We are fairly easygoing and really appreciate the help as both work busy shifts. Start asap ideally as we've missed a fortnight already.
Please send us a message if you are interested. Cheers, Beth :)

We are looking for a regular cleaner for 4 hours per week (ideally two at the beginning of the week and two at the end) to keep on top of the daily family home cleanliness, tidiness and the laundry that comes out of a family of five!
We would expect towel/sheet washing and bed changing, dusting, hoovering, clothes laundry, mopping floors, etc.
(We also have a cockapoo, who on rare occasion may be at home -she normally comes to work with me-, and so would appreciate the company / short walk :)
Cleaning experience/experience of own home, dog-lover essential. We live in Beaulieu Park, North Chelmsford. We look forward to hearing from you.

We are a family of four looking for a new reliable housekeeper . We work full time and we would like to find someone to take care of the house as if it were hers: cleaning, laundry, ironing, changing beds weekly, walking the dog, doing some errands, top up shopping, as well as cooking dinner for the kids and feed the pets. We need DBS check and references. Happy with both self-employed/contract basis. As the kids are older now, we prefer a live out housekeeper, but we could also consider live-in arrangements for the right candidate. Looking forward to hearing from you.

We are looking to recruit a full time experienced and dedicated housekeeper to help us organise our busy household. Our ideal person would have an exceptional eye for detail, will take ownership, and deliver a hotel quality level of organisation and aesthetic!
You’ll be responsible for our cleaner and our household, you will need to ensure all housekeeping duties are complete, and everything is in its correct place at the right time.
We’re a very happy, down to earth family. We have 8 fabulous children, three of which are under 5, and a nanny. Although you will not be required to look after our children you will need to be adaptable to any situation.
This is a fun, rewarding and challenging position, and would suit someone who enjoys being part of a very busy household!
What we will ask you to do:
- Have the overall responsibility of our family home and cleaner, ensuring high standards are met at all times
- Create an organisational system which works for our family - you will need to know what is needed where and when, and make sure everything is in the right place, at the right time!
- Tidy, organise and ruthlessly reduce clutter
- Arrange any necessary repairs or replacements as soon as possible
- Be willing to work some hours over the weekend as and when required
- Perform general cleaning
- Deep clean sinks, basins, toilets, bathtubs/showers
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
- Organise shopping for food and other household supplies
- Some driving
What we think you’ll need:
- Be super organised! We would love it if you had the ‘Marie Kondo’ attention to detail
- Be capable of adapting to any situation
- Have a caring and understanding nature
- Be good at communicating with a family, including children of all ages
- Be flexible, reliable and efficient
- Valid DBS certificate
- Driving licence
