We hired Charlotte to watch our son for a couple of hours and she did wonderfully well even though watching an almost one-year-old was somewhat new to her. She has experience with slightly older children but was very receptive to learning all about what 1-year-olds. She is kind, respectful and willing to learn exactly what you want (routines, feedings, activities etc) so that things run as smooth as possible while you are away. Would definitely recommend hiring her"
