Najma has been caring for our almost theee year old on an ad hoc basis for a month now and we, as a family, love her. Najma has a quiet confidence and it is just a relief to find child care at at such a professional level. Our daughter, who doesn't have much experience being left with people she doesn't know well, tells us how excited she is for Najma to come visit and when my husband and I come home she is full of stories of what they have done together. This is not regular sit-in-front-of-the-tv babysitting, Najma does crafts and educational play. We hope Najma is part of our family for many years to come.
